Channel Islands Condors
CI Condors is a remote control airplane flying club that is located in Camarillo, CA. I started up with them last July and have made a few flights with my trainer, which is a Tower Hobbies Tower Trainer .40. I decided to pick this hobby back up after being absent for 12 years. I still have my Carl Goldberg Super Chipmunk and it still flies.
The club membership is strong with new people joining almost monthly. We have a wide variety of flyer’s that use glow fuel, gas and electric. We have all types of planes from very small to very large.
From time-to-time, I will have my camera with me at the field taking pictures while flying. I also will be taking pictures for most of the sponsored events through out the coming years. Just this past November, I took pictures for the annual war bird fly-in. This was a fun filled event which I was able to get great pictures even with a overcast and rainy day.
